What Youll Do
- Managing and overseeing contract-related activities to ensure compliance and mitigate risks, by driving compliance with related corporate policies and creating awareness to the business team.
- You will be also an agent of risk control, by defining and delegating ownership for risk mitigation plans.


What You Bring

Background Experience
-Proven experience in contract management or procurement roles, with focus on handling contracts and ensuring compliance.
-Previous work in the insurance industry is highly advantageous.
-Experience with technology and Business Process Management Services (BPMS) is a plus.
-Academic qualifications in advocacy, law, a solicitor course or equivalent  are desirable

Technical Skills
-Proficient in drafting medium-complexity amendments to contracts.
-Skilled in analyzing medium-complexity contract documents, identifying explicit and subtle or ambiguous obligations, and identifying potential risks to the business.
-Ability to manage contract repositories and ensure proper documentation.


Soft Skills
-Client-facing abilities, fostering trust and collaboration.
-Good written and oral communication skills to a non-legal target audience.
-Analytical, Deliberative and critical thinking to assess risks and propose solutions.
-Highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in contract management.
-Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively, with low supervision.
-Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.
-Collaborative team player with the ability to work across diverse teams and functions.


Location Hybrid in Lisbon (23 days onsite) or fully remote if outside the Lisbon area
Schedule 9h18h / 10h19h (flexible)
Languages Portuguese (native), English & Spanish (intermediate)
